Dear Arun Vihar Residents,

Today, May 08 morning, a training program on growing microgreens was organized at the AVCC Conference Room. Renowned botanist, Dr. Neetika Chhabra, PhD, gave a very educative and practical session on the nutritional benefits, easy methods, and care tips on Urban Farming and Micro-greens. She also gave live demo on growing micro greens. After that interactive Q/A was held.

A good number of Arun Vihar residents turned up. AVRWA Chairperson Col IP Singh and AVRWA VC Mrs. Kavita Jamil also graced the event.

AVCC President Lt.Col. C.K Sharma, AVCC VP Mrs. JK Sharma, and AVRWA Chairperson presented the momento to Dr. Neetika Chhabra.

Everyone thanked and appreciated the very informative session. We thank all the guests and AV residents for their active participation.
