Please find attached herewith the Notification for Annual General Body Meeting (AGM)- Budget Proposals – 2022- 2023 of AVCC.

Annual General Body Meeting (Budget Proposals-2022 to 2023,) will be held on 06th March 2022 (Sunday) from 1100Hrs onwards. Only Permanent Life Members are eligible to attend the same.Welcome tea and working lunch is being organized.

Only Permanent Life Members of AVCC are requested to forward their points,if any, by 01st March 2022. Points may be dropped in the Drop Box kept in our AVCC Library during working days and working hours. Points received after 01 March 2022 will not be included in the Agenda.

Please note that 01st March 2022 being Mahashivratri a closed holiday of AVCC the drop box only on this day will be kept at the Main Entrance Security Gate.
