1. Arun Vihar Community Center invites tenders for Empanelment of Contractors for Catering, Tentage & Decoration for the period 01 July 2022 to 30 June 2023
2. Tender Form with Terms & Conditions is available with General Manager AVCC and can be obtained on payment of Rs. 5,000/- per set from 01 June 2022 till 10 June 2022 (Non Refundable)
3. The Tender Form duly filled in all a respects must be submitted by 1130 hrs. on 21 June 2022 along with Earnest Money of Rs. 50,000/- (Refundable)
4. AVCC Members will not be eligible for Empanelment as Contractors.
5. Tender Forms will be opened at 1130 hrs. on 22 June 2022 in the presence of Tenderers / Bidders in AVCC.
