Dear AVCC Members,
Annual General Body Meeting 2023 of AVCC was held today i.e. 5th March 2023 in the Main Hall of AVCC from 1130am onwards. 130 Members had attended the meeting. Lt. Col. C. K. Sharma, President AVCC had apprised all the Members in his address to the General Body about the activities and the up-to-date developments and progresses made by the AVCC Mgmt. in position. It was widely appreciated by the General Body present during the session. After the proceedings as per the agenda, the passing of minutes of the OGM, the proposed budget for the FY-2023-24 was also passed and approved by the General Body. The house was full of praise the way the management resolved, the Water Gate issue, water bill dues of past 30 yrs of the AVCC. All the members were very happy and appreciative the way the proceedings were conducted by the AVCC Mgmt. After the conclusion of the AGM the members proceeded for the Hot Lunch.
