Dear AVCC  Members
Annual General  Meeting of AVCC  was held today i.e. Sunday 6th March 2022 in the Kailash Auditorium concluded with the passing of the Agendas at or around 12.15Hrs.
All Members who were present during this AGM were very happy and appreciative the way the proceedings were so well organised and smoothly conducted by the AVCC Mgmt.
Lt.Col.C. K.Sharma, President AVCC had apprised all the Members in his address to the General Body about the activities and great work done by previous Management of 2020-21, and 2021-22 and the up to date developments and progresses made by the AVCC Management in position.
It was widely appreciated by the General Body present during this session.
After the proceedings as per Agenda the passing of previous two budgets were ratified as well as the Minutes of the last AGM was proposed and seconded by General Body Members in the AGM.
Proposed Budget for the FY 2022-23 was also passed by the General Body and there after Constituting of the Fresh Board of Officers for AVCC Amendments to Rules and Bye- Laws was also approved by the General Body.
The AGM concluded in a very well attentive and cordial manner with conveying of thanks by the President AVCC to all the Members for taking out their precious time and taking active participation in the Development and Progress of AVCC.
All the Members after the meeting proceeded for the hot Lunch organised in the Office Lawn.
Once again, we the Management Committee Members of AVCC take this opportunity to thank one and all the Members of AVCC for attending this meeting and for extending their unflinching support.
