Lt. General. Y. P. Khurana PVSM Retd., Chief Guest of the occasion paid his homage to the brave and gallant hero by laying wreath at the bust of the recipient of the Param Vir Chakra Posthumously, India’s highest Military Decoration for valour in face of the enemy.
All the Three Heads of the Arun Vihar Institutions and Several other Prominent and Distinguished Residents of Arun Vihar were present on this occasion who also paid their respective tributes to this Iconic Figure of the Indian Army.
